Yachting World Catamaran Designed by Rod Macalpine- Downie. This boat is a 15ft 6" version of the Thai Mk4. Speed wise slightly faster than a Shearwater with out Spinnaker. The Boat requires a complete redeck but comes with all gear in cluding a Road trailer, Sails are off a Shearwater but that does not really manner. Cost likely to be free as owned bya Worthing Scout troop to whom it was given. They do not have the time to restore her. Detail from Tom Smith on 01903 523574.

Vintage Canoe
made by Strickland Canoe Company of Ontario Canada, possibly from before WW1. Weight 33kilos, 468cm long, 81cm wide and depth 33cm. Made of alternate strips of light and dark wood on ribs in the conventional manner of the time. It comes complete with rear seat on which the manufacturers number - 2842 has been stamped. Fittings include thwart for solo paddling, mast step and socket, metal carrying handles and small clips of indeterminate use. Suitable fore restoration to museum standard or as a delightful touring boat.

SCORPION 1591, a Westerly wooden boat built 1975.Comes with a Combi road/lauching trailer. It features twin spinnaker poles with spinnaker, a set of cruising sails, a set of hardly used racing sails. It has a new centreboard with glass insert to prevent damage from grounding. All rigging in excellent condition, Ali spars, Upper hozitontal surfaces need some slight repair (glue and varnish). built by Fairey Marine - Hot moulded ply, complete with road trailer, launching trolley, aluminium mast, cover and sails (including spare main).
The road trailer and launching trolley were bought new by us about 5 years ago. They are galvinised steel and fit together for transporting the boat.
It has been dry stored and is ready to sail. It has no rot but could do with a bit of out-of-season maintenance (mainly revarnishing/painting). The cover is showing signs of age. The sails are from about 1991. Boat is located in Wirral

Bought in 1967, used for about 3 years and then stored carefully in garage ever since. It's a nice old wooden boat in excellent condition (hull recently repainted) which we've kept for sentimental reasons but after 30 odd years it really ought to go to a working home!
It was built by Wyvern Boats (Wessex) Ltd of Milborne Port, Sherborne in Dorset. We bought it new in 1969 and would like to invite offers of around £450.

Uffa Ace, built by Richardsons in 1950, for sale for £1600, at Nationwide Boat Sales near Chesterfield on 7/5/03. Looks complete, varnished hull & interior, green decks - probably needs redecking. Much original equipment, including wooden mast and spoon rudder. Good cover. ?Red sails?. Keel looked droopy aft of the c/b case.

Flying 15 K1028. FF built in 1966. I had a look at this boat today
The bad news: it needs redecking, a repair to the hull where it was dropped on the trailer and the hog is soft
The good news: It has 3 suits of sails (1 quite good), the rig is straight and complete, and there is a trailer - needs some work though. But the boat is £100.

Moulded by Fairey Marine in 1963 and finished by original owner. Dry-sailed for last 30 years with only a handful of outings. Ian Proctor tapered and anodized aluminum spars with internal stainless
halyards and dynel winches. Sails in fair condition. Fiberglassed centerboard trunk and decks. Fiberglassed metal centerboard. Original Fox spoon-shaped rudder. Many subtle and sensible upgrades from original, Boeing engineer owner. Requires a little sanding (I've nearly finished the outside of the hull) and new paint, and a new traveller.
