Fourteen boats came to Clywedog to race but the weather decided to prevent any racing and lashed them with strong winds and driving rain. Some hardy souls ventured out for a race in club Picos on Sunday morning and a GP14 and a couple of Flying Fifteens braved the winds to have a blast whilst others took advantage of breaks in the rain to take walks to various places including to the source of the river Severn.
Thanks to the hospitality of Clywedog Sailing Club the visitors had an enjoyable break despite the lack of racing.
