SP eposeal is nice and thin and penetrates, but being solvent-based will continue to 'out-gas' for a while. Neat epoxy ( my fave is SP320) will be really thin if you can do the heatgun thing very carefully with the other hand, and will set without any solvent outgassing. I use Durepox white primer a...

Just fair it up... It doesn't really matter about the inner layers of ply being exposed - as long as it's properly sealed / epoxied. But I would cover the outside with fine glass - Back when I was woody moth boatbuilding, I weighed some sample panels - two coats of epoxy, or one coat with fine glass...

I remember sailing against one many years ago - it seemed to have a very short spinnaker pole, and a very big spinnaker, so that in light winds the kite got run over and stuck under the bow!

More downhaul required - moths don't do the wrinkly luff thing. The sail looks much too full - more downhaul! The mast looks like it needs more rake.
