Re: Nantwich Harvest Festival 7th 8th Oct 2023

Hello all, it looks like this year we can have what may well be a one-off season closer for us all at Nantwich. Camping and motorhoming is free at the sailing club and we shall have three races on Saturday and another two on Sunday morning before we join in with the club racing. As per usual you are...

Nantwich Harvest Festival 7th 8th Oct 2023

Dear All, As rashly agreed at the AGM at Clwedog I have the preliminary nod that we are clear for a season closer event at Nantwich. So here's the date for your diary, it'll follow the usual format, 3 cheerful races on Saturday and maybe do two on Sunday am then roll into the club races for the afte...

Re: "Moth Dervin"

Hi All, the French moth fleet did have a lot of more classical looking boats and some wonderful devices so yep, that's a moth. 11' long and less than 7'4 wide...

Also we have confirmation that the Nantwich and Borders SC can host us (with catering!) on the 27th 28th (maybe 29th) May now.

Nantwich Event

Hello all, Would anyone fancy an event (maybe one day, could be two) at Nantwich and Border Counties Sailing Club? This year it would have to be October/November/December but next year we could pretty much have one any month. It's a pretty low key club but we could get some food sorted I think and y...

Re: Clywedog National Rally/AGM 27-29th Aug

Hi Keith,
I'll be turning up, it's either be a moth if I'm on my own, or an albacore, or a 505.
I don't know what it will be or how long I'll be there so I doubt anyone else will know what I'm doing either.
Definitely Saturday night though!

Cheers,
Sam

Re: Banbury 2021

Sadly my attendance will be governed by the availability of Diesel this evening, One of the downsides of being in the populated NW. Sorry to not be more certain, it depends if I can obtain motion lotion this evening.

Yep, I'll be there in the old albacore but just coming for the day with my daughter, no overnight camping.

Whooo yes, I think it's the albacore again but it may be the moth. I think it'll be the Friday if camping is allowed.

Re: Clywedog Rally 2021

Hello, hopefully coming down Saturday am and Sunday at least. Worlds shabbiest camper and Albacore 1745's first time in the water for approx. 30 years (no really, I don't even know if the bailers leak).
