Battens - these are for an old main (c 1964?) And all 4 appear to be 36" by 1 1/4". Sailcloth, I can make an effective double sided repair with two strips of 39" long, one 2" wide and one 3" wide.. Happy to make a contribution to CVRDA. Advice on how to do this would be appr...

1960s sailcloth and battens wanted

Am in the process of rebuilding a 1960s vintage jib. Much of the foot is hanging off after unpicking a dreadful "repair" by a previous owner. If anyone has a torn / damaged sail of similar vintage, i would relish the chance to make this jib seaworthy again. Why? Because it is there and, li...
