When I first saw this - 20ft or so (allowing for the ebay tape measure) slightly raked bow, round deep bilge, etc, I thought Falcon. But then I saw it was in GRP, and as far as I know all Falcons were mouldies. But I could be wrong.

Intl. 14 #680 is a Fairey boat, designed by Uffa. It was originally called Maelstrom, and built in 1957. R S Brewer, and C Wynne-Edwards were the original owners.

When I saw pics 3 & 4 I thought the same as David. Blow me down, it's me old friend the Daring. Rolled side decks, raised foredeck, the lot. Unfortunately the shape of the transom was not visible. Then I realised the decks were not flared out at the top quite as much as they would have been for ...
