Re: Minisail No 10
Thanks for the advice. Finally made some progress on MS10. Back to wood thanks to water based paint stripper Home Strip, scraper, and stainless scourer. Fine sanding and three coats of marine varnish applied with 3 more to go. Hull sanded back, faired and Epifanes Bootlak applied. Still not 100% hap...

Re: Minisail No 10
Just starting the renovation of MS10 and would really appreciate some CVRDA advice. Re: Bosham classics
This year was my first CBR at Bosham and I took Wayfarer W3. I'm not in it to win, but to share and enjoy, so the welcoming, relaxed atmosphere combined with excellent organisation ( and delicious breakfast ) provided just that. Thanks to all the team. Quite an event, with the Proctor family contrib...

Looks like she is well worth saving, complete with sails and wooden mast and boom. https://www.gumtree.com/p/boats-kayaks-jet-skis/wayfarer-sailing-dinghy-/1258447906 ...and maybe view this if you haven't experienced what great inland or ocean racing dinghies these early wooden Wayfarers are. https:...

Re: Lymington Pram
Mt late Father was a member of the RLYC before I was born and is registered as owning an 11' Lymington Pram. His embroidered RLYC burgee has pride of place above my head in the workshop and I have always wanted to re-unite it with a Lymington Pram. I've built one dinghy and restored three, and am pr...
