Re: c'mon then... whatisit?

I loved my https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7671/16670824603_e2de596021_n.jpg first Streaker, that had been bought by its first keeper, direct off the Holt stand at Olympia, but with a hole in the bow, had been abandoned,in the Club graveyard, some years on,when he gave up sailing. Still very solid with...

Re: mast for a squib

I think the Squib hull is the same as a Hunter 19 and the cuddy on the Hunter in effect a cabin so maybe a mast from one of those would fit. I could be wrong, anyway there is quite a Squib fleet at Levington on the River Orwell. Whilst further up toward Ipswich the Royal Harwich YC 's keel fleet is a...

Confused, try Login.com

I see people were having troubles logging in or staying so. Recently I found if I put what I was sure was the right loggin password, it refused entry. If I go upstairs to my main PC, still plugged in via ethernet cable, I can log on immediately because it has remembered the pw automatically, as it s...

Re: On a budget

The problem area you really need to address in my humble opinion,is under that forestay bracket. Judging by all that green surrounding it, you will need to get those foredecks and fillet lifted to see whats underneath. Also remove the thwart traveller as usually the fore and aft side decks meet ther...

No. The really cunning thing to do would be to get him to attend and then sit everyone down to watch a Swallows and Amazons DVD
