There used to be a plastic rub strip that can be pinned and glued in place so an easy fit. Ok for the less visable areas under the boat.

The problem was with the beam at station 2 and 4 ( both where the building frame should have been ), crafty builders put their frames at station 1 and 3 where the measurment points were and made station 2 very narrow to bring the jib sheeting angle closer to the centreline and station 4 wider for be...

Just come back from a day's racing with the IOM, 19 races with several stops for mulled wine and mince pies. Kept dry and warm. Very difficult to beat on a cold winter's day!!

R/C yacht racing is the ideal winter activity - 20 races a day, stops for tea, coffee, food, no getting wet - all the fun none of the pain. New sails £30 a suit a competitive boat for £500 with radio gear, it would be silly not to.
