Re: Restoration of Bonifaz

I am pretty sure there was a spiniker trial on ents, mine has all sorts of bits & bobs that would indicate one being fitted at some time.

Re: Pink or purple paint

Purple is good, my Ent is aubergine 8) , in other words deep purple, looks good with blue sails. Roll on the girly colours.

Re: 2011 events

Advantage - won't get masts stuck in the trees.
Disadvantage - banks so high no wind inthe sails.

Anyway we arn't THAT small a river.

8888 was 1962 & 10506 is 1964 so 1963 is a good guess

Re: Hunts Meeting

I used to have the same dribbling problem when concentrating on making delicate pieces of jewellery, (in another life) trying not to breath to much & blow the solder off.

Re: Another Enterprise!

Thanks Roger, I know that really but still have enough pride to not bring a scruffy ent / need a new trailer / pretty useless sailor / not to mention no crew (our commadore nicked my last one) also a bit of personal plumbing is my main concern this year.

Re: Another Enterprise!

I wouldn't dare bring mine along, far too scruffy looking, but it is a really nice shade of purple though. :)
