OK, here you are. Note this is a very early boat which hasn't ever actually had the shroad anchorages for the aft mast fitted. I think in the early day they might have been expected to tie the mast to the rowlock holes, but the setup in my opinion isn't really up to the loads. http://www.cherubpres....

How shaped is it at the moment? What's the core made of? If its a single piece you could try cutting it into lengthwise strips and 180 rotating alternate strips then reshape it. You'll still lose a fair bit of material reshaping but at least it won't warp again. Then glass/carbon coat up to size.

Rather than use Araldite, which has a habit of not coming off when you want it to, go to a car parts shop and buy a tube of "loctite". This is designed to have enough grip to stop the things working loose but be able to be undone if necessary.

If there is no previous paint and you're really preparing the surface throughly I'd use two pot International: it won't need doing again for years. If there's already paint on that's not an option because the old stuff will fall off when the solvents in two-pot hit it.
