i always put them tight enough to 'nip them up' usually by ratchet so they don't turn, they back them off a fraction so they turn then split pin them

jobs done

then check them for play after a few miles, normally to the club and back

but i could be wrong

Well no one was interested in going so that was the reason Peter and i said we would take 7. But family events mean I can't make it. Peter is going to Bala with Ivan now so he's out too.

well thanks! upto a few years ago all the *****craft boats where painted in car paint! and its only recently they've moved to what they call marine paint! but I know alot of the 18', foiling moths and alike are car painted as you just can't get the scope of colours in 'so called' marine paint I real...

well.................. its got 2 differnt primers that the guy in the paint supplier said would be 1) suitable for wood and 2) have enough flex in it, as its usually used to paint spoilers etc which you don't realise how much they actually flex. the paint is 2k with an added flex agent. so its water...
