Yeah carry a chain allways when travelling. Chain through the centerboard case too. I get a little paranoid, can never be too careful.
Yeah meeting up sounds like a good plan to me.

Ah that would be brilliant if you could find them and get the measurements
Should be okay for mast fitting, currently have twin poles but theyre the short ones from before the rule change for the larger spinnaker

I'm looking for sails for a classic merlin. Ive got the taller rig, 22'6", so im looking for sails with a 6180mm luff.
Also looking for long poles in either alloy or carbon.
