go for the redecking option. all you need is loads of clamps, you can't have enough. Personally I'd rather support owners in doing the work themselves and sharing and developing the skills before they are lost or solely in the domain of the professional. Is this really the view we want to give to visitors to the site: that we have preferred suppliers. It sounds elitist to me.
