Re: Newbie GP14 Restoration
Hi, That plan would get you back on the water though probably not for very long! If you are serious about fixing this dinghy then you need to strip off all the paint off the hull, and then leave it to dry out for a few months. Then cut out all the damaged timber ans scarf + epoxy glue in new bits. A...

Hi,
I used to have one of these, it was a robust though unexciting boat to sail.
I think there is still a flat cover to fit it in the loft somewhere.

Re: Please help me choose a dinghy cover?
Hi, I think that the problem is the new owners, the are running the company using the archive of templates so the covers still look good and might fit well. But! the quality of materials used is not what it used to be. Interesting tip about the Rooster covers though, I had a friend bought a laser co...

Hi,
I have also been a Goldfinch customer for many years and their plastic covers were thick material and good quality.
However the company is now under new ownership and has relocated, my last cover was thinner and delivered weeks late.
I will not buy from them again.

OK Dinghy sail
Reasonably good condition sail for an OK dinghy.
Clean white sail with batten pockets etc all fine, useful to anyone?

11+ free to a good home.
Hi,
sadly the issue of access to the Littleton workshop has not been resolved so the 11+ is looking for a new home, anyone interested? this is a well built hull and comes with mast and foils but no sails. Collect from near Heathrow.
