Re: Wanted: international 14 sails

That's a kite sorted, thanks George. I'm now motivated to start sorting the rig for 2016!

Re: East Coast Event 2016

Interest from the 14s is looking good. Surprising that the 12s are being outnumbered.

Re: East Coast Event 2016

So it looks like 3 or 4 14s already making the right noises.

Re: Aldeburgh YC 3rd and 4th September 2016

Ian, I don't think we clash with Bosham -we chose the date specifically. Limited camping and parking for motorhomes will be available at the club. Several people use the car park next to the sailing club. There is also a camp site in the town that doesn't allow tents! It's a beautiful place to visit...

Re: Wooden Enterprise Transom Replacement

Hi, The owner of our local boatyard is very helpful. I can buy epoxy in large or small quants, stainless and copper fixings, timber etc. I'm sure others are just as helpful, just ask. I had lots of advice on the importance of getting mixing ratios right, pumps, scales, syringes. They all appear to w...

Re: Wooden Enterprise Transom Replacement

Hi, I replaced the transom in my old national 12. It is solid mahogany but the same method would be suitable. All held together with a thickened mix of epoxy. Pictures are still on my lonely blog of the rebuild, see January 2009 http://n760.blogspot.co.uk/2009_01_01_archive.html Hope this helps, it ...

Re: Wanted: international 14 sails

I am delighted with my purchase, bought unseen and collected from a Tesco car park. Very grateful to Simon, the previous owner.

If I can't make an event happen at Aldeburgh how about Wroxham?

Wanted: international 14 sails

Help! I'm looking for some suitable sails for my newly acquired international 14, K871 Aquamarina, built in1965. A symmetrical kite is top of my shopping list.

Any other info about the boat would also be of interest.

Hope someone can help

JC.
