Re: Goose neck wanted

Pah - what a disaster - Key Lime Pie in a dog - bet it didn't really appreciate it. Maybe it was worried that it would have the same effect on the East Coast Mafia as spinach on Popeye. Better ask the East Coast Mafia Godfather the great Fish!

Re: Calling all Scow (and...Albacore ) sailors

We need Alan on this one. The cat almost looks too small to be a Thai, they were some 17' long. Could this be a YW Cat.

Re: Single hander preferably car topable

Oh Dear, looks like we better weigh someones Solo if it is that light :D
The OK is only 2kgs heavier at 72kg and they are allowed to include dry control lines.

Hmmm, methinks a plot here!

Re: Heron dinghy bits.

Hi Steve The first thing to do is to go to the Heron website at http://www.heron-dinghy.org.uk/ There are class rules about what you can and can't do, but the class publish a wealth of information sheets. I think you will have to join the association (about £15 I think) but it will be worth it for t...

The micro climate has already been book as usual to provide a perfect weekend! Having said that the Nottage is well worth a visit, having just returned from a talk there this evening. They might have the boats being built downstairs, but the models and photos upstairs are excellent and the pub next ...

We have never had the problem of abandoned boats in the dinghy park in Brightlingsea because we insist the park is cleared for Jan to March each year and therefore start with a clean site each April. Of course this only works if like us you don't sail for 3 months. It does stop the deserted boat pro...

Hi Roger

I can be there on Sunday from about mid/late morning. I have a late job the night before so I would appreciate a not too early start.

I have a press pass so don't need a ticket to get in.

Cheers
