Re: Harrier+ wood replacement.
Yes Jim. It's the kicking strap that keeps leaping out even after being re-positioned to find a slightly less dubious anchorage. Have emailed Keith Callaghan for more information and his suggestions but he was at Salcombe Week and is touring with the Hadron H2s, so it might take a while before we ge...

Harrier+ wood replacement.
Anyone had to replace the wooden block at the base of the mast support into which the control blocks are screwed? Don't want to start blindly hacking the rotten one out without knowing how it is attached. My guess is it was simply glassed in place and the plan is to carefully remove it in small piec...

Will be listing some of the above on flea-bay this weekend. Will post links once they are listed.

Re: Y.W. Pram designer?
Been in the loft and found the plans...............no help!!
Interestingly the 10 shilling copyright fee should be paid to the Secretary of the Cadet Class.
I think there is a bit about the pram in either one of the Yachting Annuals or Dinghy Year Books but a quick scan failed to locate it.

Re: otter self bailers ?
My advice; don't do it. Our Otter (465) has none and I wouldn't be tempted to either. Self bailers as has been said need speed to work.......you don't have any when it's full. Not a huge ammount when empty either!! We`use a bucket and a folding bucket if there is crew to help and then a sponge. I ha...
