Hello Jonathan.
Yes, agree with Alan.
A cruise/potter on Saturday would be great.
Last year,I found that having time on Monday afternoon was nice just to spend looking around Brightlingsea.Really enjoyed it.
Looking forward to it,
Alan

I relish the thought of some cruising.I thought that the Brightlingsea area just cried out to go and explore. For many years I sailed out of Portsmouth with the OK and would sail to various beach cafes or pubs on the Isle of wight, usually alone. Most of my sailing in the summer is still like this b...

Alas an all too common story over the years.
K15 is now under Class Association ownership and is believed to be the oldest OK in Britain (unless any of you know otherwise)
She will make a star appearance at the 50th Birthday bash complete with wooden mast and Hamlet sail.

Anyone out there who owns/sails an old OK please take a look at the Forum (Technical section - "Vintage Wing" thread) at http://www.okdinghy.co.uk Your thoughts and ideas would be most welcome particularly if you are not a Class Association member. Meanwhile, put the class 50th birthday Pa...

Clywedog? Feels like my second home. I always look forward to a visit.
My local wind guru has been sacked and is now living on Hayling Island in disgrace so ,do or die, I'll be there with an OK this time around.
Happy New Year to all at the club and best wishes from Mum and Dad too

Would'nt forget about Kathryn. In fact,I may have a mast for Kathryn too. Always nice to see more lady drivers in the OK fleet.
Pleasant surprise about the bottle. Would be grateful if you could practise a bit of self control and take good care of it till spring.
Many thanks

Rupert, you can forget about a decent crew or decent babysitter. You just need a half decent OK hull because I'm sure I have just the mast for a man of your physique.

Yes please Jon.
Really enjoyed it last May despite the unlike May weather.
See if you can book a bit of sun and 25C. Some wind again would be nice too.
