I understood that John made her for him and his partner and that it was an ( almost) straight forward magnification or rather scale up of another design - presumably a magnum - but which ?

I also understood that it was felt that this scaling up dint really work.

It's very strong stiff and practically unused. I don't know what it's worth more importantly who owns it. It was loaned to me in 2007 when mine broke downwind at Guarda. I have posted in the Moth Class and if there is no response will sell for say £300?

Hi Ian, I think that's very good advice so 1000 it is to start with. Its great fun sailing a moth but racing against different classes on handicap is usually not too satisfactory.
