Aldeburgh 2017 change of date
We have brought the event forward as our Loch Longs are "Doing Europe"at the end of June so our first date clashed. We will now be holding the Classic Weekend on the 10th and 11th of June. Tides are ideal so we would like to welcome as many CVRDA members as possible to our little bit of Su...

This is not to potentially clash with Bosham or the impracticality of coming over from West Wales after the National Rally. High tides are 13.36 and 14.26 so plenty of water and of course...

Re: Aldeburgh YC 3rd and 4th September 2016
We will don't worry, probably a bit earlier in the year when the day's are longer so more time to sit out in front of the club watching the sun go down, we need to know when Hunt's will be running their event so we can try and dovetail in either the weekend before or after

Re: Aldeburgh YC 3rd and 4th September 2016
We'll look forward to seeing you all again + some more, great to have a clubhouse full of people talking boats and not the quality of the skinny lattes!

Enjoy your tour of the Suffolk Coast and look forward to seeing you over the weekend, wind for Saturday looks good and should be blowing up the river

Re: National Rally - everything you need to know
Just hope we can do it as well as Nessa and her team! Feel a bit like it's an Olympics handover, anyway Saturday looks good but wind may pick up a bit on Sunday

No problem dropping boat off early, make yourself known to the boatmen when you do, if you arrive early on Saturday we will find somewhere for you to park (why not arrive Friday afternoon as the bar will be open till at least 21.00 and homemade pizza will be available)

That shouldn't be a problem particularly leaving the boat at the club, please call the club secretary David (Thursday is his day off) to check you can use the club car park to camp in for a few days before the event if that's your plan.
