How about a 12sq metre Sharpie they are quick sail well tack well sail on wet grass and are so heavy once you've got em moving they never stop!

1.20 and 9.46 would be more in line with the actual changes, which would make 1135, so yes, 1171 ought to make it fairly competitive given a decent rig and foils.Rupert wrote:It was at 100 at the time, which you then multiply by 1.22 and 9.6 to give 1171, which is how I got the one we use at WSC.

Hull and foil are great but the sail - ugh.
The best bit is the entertainment from a) sailing it myself (15 St) and b) watching Matt sail it! Last time out the rivets holding the hounds onto the mast failed
