German translation...

Post by Ed »

I was just reading the german Finn website....and a good read it is too.

Some of it is in German....and some in English....and some I am just not sure about:

Try this at http://www.finn-dinghy.de/classic/en/tech/

"At the start line (Regatta) or when you create you should solve the Vorholer (Curryklemme), otherwise you may ride rueckwürts suddenly unintentionally."

I would presume this is the result of an automatic translation service of some kind.....but it gave me a laugh anyway.

cheers

Especially if you have a wooden tree - obviously none of those artificial ones in Germany. No sign of the candles though......

Yes I've tried the translate button, and not been very much the wiser. It's also amusing to see so many quotes from the CVRDA/BFA Classic Finn pages!

I am sure you are being modest! you should say: "quotes of mine!"
