Frome Half

Post by roger »

Some of you will have heard that I was running today.

I completed the Frome Half Marathon in 2 hours and 17 minutes. It was pretty hot and humid but the town were out and cheering us on and hosing us down.

Part two of the challenge completed.

At the Bournemouth Marathon yesterday I completed the distance at a slow but realistic 5 hours 20 minutes.
