Is there a kind and helpful soul out there who might just know the luff and foot dimensions of these sails?

Do you mean the reduced rig?
Looking at the class rules on the CA website, the luff is going to be approximately the distance between the two mast bands which for the reduced rig are at 431mm and 5182mm so that gives 4751mm. The boom band for the reduced rig is 2124mm so take that as the foot measurement.
