there is no length given the rudder looks massive, I am strangely drawn.

message from seller says just over 14ft.

Is it an old Snipe? The transom looks distinctly Snipey, and the overall shape seems to fit as far as I can tell from those photos.

Correction. No way is that a Snipe. I misinterpreted the transom pic thinking it had a much deeper V whereas it is actually really boxy.

Odd shaped thing overall. Just about double chine with a really narrow middle panel

I have looked at it 3 times now.....

and just can't see any redeeming features that would lead to you being 'drawn to it'.
