Thinners

Post by Garry R »

Lidl this week have thinners for sale - I have used it a lot for brush cleaning and wiping away epoxy. Don't know what the solvent is but it does work. Bottom line is that it is dirt cheap compared to cleaning your brushes with eg Blakes brand. £1.99 a litre

Lidl are always worth watching. Recently in our local store - neoprene backed sailing gloves £6 per pair - shorty wetsuits £19, long-john wetsuits £24, 12 assorted stainless steel shackles £6, 12 assorted stainless steel carabiners £6.

I have no connection with Lidl.

Chris Barlow bought their wet suit boots which were fine until he capsized and found they had no grip so he couldnt stand on the c/b
