Roger & Clibb; today being Auction Day and some CVRDA members and others being interested in Swallow, I would echo Michael's comments with a quote from Arthur Ransom in Captain Walkers saying or writing to his children "Grab a chance an you will not be sorry for what might have been."
I also wish Mags and his fellow investors good fortune in their bid, myself I am sweating on other opportunities!

I have now got Tiptoes home and some have expressed an interest in having a look before restoration begins. John, thank you for the drink and sight of Tip Toes gosh she's in such good condition though in need of a lot of work but there's nothing missing is there nice hull lines too.
