I have not seen this batch of Agba from Robbins....so can not say for sure.....

last lot that I boughts was nominally 2mm, but I reckoned 1.5 closer to the mark which was a pain as this is slightly thinner than what was used by Fairey.

Colour was if anything lighter than original fairey.I have used in on Firefly and fourteen, it was a very good match for firefly and a little light for 14

Some leaves were a bit 'crackly' but others were very nice and supple.

Rupert gave a fuller description of job...as he said no scarf joints, you strip until you have the inner veneer free and stick new bits to that. Following the line of the old veneer.

Really not too hard at all and very rewarding....just take it slowly

Not worked on a cold moulded hull built from thin ply rather than veneer, but the process should be the same. Easy to get hold of a similar colour and thickness too, I'd have thought. Must make an amazingly strong hull.
