No idea what it is, but it is apparently 16 ft long.

If that is 16 feet long, it must be more than 5 feet wide.
At a guess I'd say it was 12 feet long...

If it is a later National 12, then that is an interesting looking centre plate. If it is steel, it is shaped nothing like what mine is.

Certainly it looks like a N with an ali plate to me....
however, the stem does not look quite as vertical as I might expect.....but I think that must just be a trick of the camera-angle.
Just saw the thread-title.....how very apt....it does look like it doesn't it.

I have trouble matching the old style plate with a slot to what looks like an early 60s boat too... Depends on how much has been modded over the years I guess...
