Or so my teenage daughter would say
Couple deck panels on the jolly boat http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/tt21 ... cec1c5.jpg. I still am unimpressed with the wood, kind of baby poop tiger vomit... http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/tt21 ... 9195bb.jpg, I think in hindsight I would use a thinner ply then some nice veneer. I used thin strips of dark wood to outline the panels http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/tt21 ... e0874d.jpg. Probably a mistake as where there are gaps it is dark and things take on a wobble. But the shape of the boat is beautiful and it shows it off a bit. 448 screws in the deck.... Overall nice to be in the assembly stage. Apologies for poor pic quality using an iPad.

Looking good Mungo, now you need to save your pennies to ship her over and come and sail with us at the 2014 national rally.

Re: My baby got her booty back
I did have a plan once to leave her outside Nessa's house, ring the bell and run....
I have to say without the decks the boat was despairingly fragile. With decks back on it is much more solid, there is hope. I sure wish I knew what I was doing....

I'm impressed with the way you got a clothes line out of all that mainsheet. Good thinking out of the box there.
