The trick is to pick up your library from as many cheap sources as possible. Boat jumbles, charity shops, second hand book shops are where most of mine have come from

Most of mine have come from Bookbarn near Bristol for a pound or two each.

I have brought all the recommended RYA books for learning to sail, but I have brought an old one called "Successful Dinghy Sailing" by D Pitman & S Ancsel, this is a good read, they recommend the clubhouse at any problem, they seem the sensible type to me, none of these were more than £5.00, the dearest one is the one Max recommended, £9.00 a bargain the next cheapest price for this book at the time was £23.00 second hand.

That's good, I managed to get my copy for £27.50 so you saved a bit there! Anyway, the book has a lot of info in it, so I hope it helps!

Alright, I have yet to use it, as we are reprinting the floor of it, and reinforcing a few places by the bailers, how about your aquabat?

Hi Max, I have nearly finished top, just starting serious work on bottom, I have loads of pictures to put on website when I get a chance, the boat is sailable, I may have to bring it to Whitefriars in an unfinished condition, but the mechanics of it will be finished, just the paintwork to finish etc, but it will be fully sailable.
