I am the new owner of the mystery minty green moth, this is my first post on the Forum and after much discussion regarding the boat I thought I would give an update.
Being new to the international Moth development over the years I've been reading the yearbooks to try to work out what type of Moth the boat is?
As Nessa had said in other posts there was a reference to a Duncan Reid of Argyle, 1991, K3634. I have managed to track down Duncan and he informs me that he brought the boat from a guy in Campbeltown in 1991 but was unsure of the design, he thought it was similar to the Lindenberg moths, the sail number was on the transom when he had the boat and so were the wing bars.
Anybody with any ideas? Lyndon has posted some pics of the hull on the moth pics post.
