probably, but I would suggest that this home build is 'kinda rough' for the start price, let alone the buy it now. Silk purses and sows ears come to mind. I suspect there are better start points to be had.

Tend to agree. Reckon that one's worth about the cost of two new hatches. You'd have more fun and probably not that much more work building a whole new boat yourself, and then you could build the sailing gear into the boat and have a far better job.
