I'd think that in open water and a breeze it will be a fast boat benifit, and those of us slogging along at the back will be looking more to our results compared to other "slow" boats. Thsi is how it should be, I guess, as we certainly go better at Shearwater in the little'uns.

Hi Guys About Jon Williams THE STRANGLER remember he's an ex Hornet Champ a twice winner of the FD Nats a pretty quick boat driver. See you Friday.

Agreed Strang is V good and his boat is up together so he should be expected to be near the front if not at the front.

I am pleased that the cvrda is being taken seriously by these guys.

Ur.....don't want to kidnap this thread too much....

but Jamie mentioned that he would be going to Camel week.

Any other CVRDA-bods doing it this year?

Am thinking about it, as am on holiday that week and camping up that part of the world.

I hear Stu has already arrived. Now I'm jealous - Sandy's still shaping the support for the new thwart. No sign of glues or varnish yet and he's working tomorrow.....

If I can't tack it's because I'm stuck to the new varnish :lol:
