Yes, well done Rupert. I need some posters to spread about my neck of the woods to help publicise our event at Hunts.

I have a poster mostly done, which I could either email you to print, or print and post?

Nessa,

Don't forget that I can now make sure that you get decent coverage on the DSM site

If you want to send me copy I can upload it

If you could email the poster to me too please. At BBSC we are appointing a Classic Class Secretary to help promote the older (and better) boats in the club and get them sailing more often. I also suggest that more use should be made of facebook to promote and encourage owners.

I shall get the poster finished (it is very simple, boat in background, events listed, small explanation of what the cvrda is. What I can do is highlight the event that pertains to each club and then send it out, hoping I email the right people with the right poster! I'll do that after I get the kids from school...

What I mostly need for Hunts is something that tells people whether or not their boat qualifies. The club has a good number of enthusiastic boat restorers who might be keen to get on the water. I shall also put something on the club website and hopefully take a few to some local clubs, including Grafham.

If you could all PM me with an email address that works, I now have posters ready with each club highlighted. I've used the picture of Merlin 6 with the pretty Clifton houses in the background. They are as a PDF, printing 2 up to an A4 sheet, as most noticeboards at clubs are dwarfed by A4 posters. If you'd prefer A4, I'll change it before I send, just let me know.
There doesn't seem to be a way of attaching to a PM?
Keith, I've got the Nationals on the poster, but I feel a poster advertizing the Nationals itself should be a little different?

Rupert, I've sent you Keith's Nationals poster - twice actually as I sent the wrong one first go.

I need to convert the format to pdf before it goes on the site.

David I'll send you a copy as is.

Once I've worked out how to save it as a jpeg - once off firm ground, my computer skills are sadly lacking!
