weather forecast looking excellent for a cracking sail
That must be Bristol USA or Australia then coz windguru's giving very light winds and swinging all around the compass. We're having second thoughts, having spent half of today sitting around at Cheddar hoping for wind then hauling up an abandon flag.

I do hope you had a meteorological blip and got some wind!
We could do with some wind to send this volcanic ash to Russia where it belongs!

I went down for the morning to take some photos. I wished I was sailing as it was really nice - sunshine, clear skies and the gentlest of breezes.

Yes, it was a little like sailing in a vacuum...
Still, a lovely day, and a warm welcome from BASC, as usual. Good to see you on the shore, Nigel - would have been better to see you in a boat!
Can anyone spot the surprise entrant helming Merc 88?

Writeup coming soon.

Looking at the picture.. Looks like Bobs put the brakes on.... or he is desperately trying to avoid contact with Rupert.
