I'm hoping to bring a Merlin to Roadford this year BUT if we can find a couple of people willing to crew we can bring another one as well. If anyone is interested in doing any of the days please drop me a note or give me a call on 01395 222136 or 01395 263948. (The boats are 3148 & 3260, both built in the late 70s and are kitted up with twin poles etc so are easy to crew). Ian

We are bringing a young lad from Shearwater. He is dead keen to sail in almost any thing. His main aim is to crew the Hornet but he will be available for some of the races as there are several willing plankers.

yep, I had/I was the waning planker. She was swopped last week for a more competetive bright orange Australian IC as after being measured at the Worlds last week she was 25kg+ over weight (dont know exactly how heavy she was as the scales went round again) and is being shipped to Oz this week.

The ironic thing was that that me and Ed turned up with our newest boats and were told we were racing in the Classic division......

I may have a couple of teenagers willing to crew if my nephews turn up. No racing experience but they've done their RYA level 2. Ask on the day.

daughter and her fiancee will be around some of the time. Not novices but not very experienced as crews.

Hi guys, I'm Rupert's brother in-law...Some of you may remember me from a fews years back when I sailed/worked down at Roadford. I know it's fairly late in the day seeing as the regatta is this weekend but if anyone needs a crew/helm I'll be more than willing to do it as I'm intending to come down to Devon!! Had a fair amount of experience racing and stuff...but that isn't a guarantee of anything ;-)
