I was wondering what demand there might be for good quality Nationals t shirts? They will be white, a small BBSC logo on the front and CVRDA Nationals 2012 printed on the back.

If ordered in advance it works out at around £18 each, individual orders work out at £24 including p & p. I have ordered club kit from Team Purple before and the quality is very good.

If I am to order in advance I will need payment with the order details.

I would buy one, but any colour other than white would be preferable. I am a messy person. I also like polo shirts more than t shirts, but now I'm being picky.

Bit of a shame there's no racing on the Saturday: my Monday is looking very rocky because of work, so it might end up being just a one day event for me:-(

Traditionally, Saturday has been a day for everybody to enjoy being classic boat sailors without the pressures of racing - the cvrda is a wide church, and many of our members prefer the Saturday as a race free day. Oddly, given sailing background, I'm one of them!

..........but I hope there will be some sailing activity on the Saturday. Like Jim, I can only do two days, Saturday and Sunday, and much as I like everybody's company I don't want to be there on the Saturday if we are sat on the shore all day.

we can always do our own races - do that old fashioned thing and use a gate start?

I think there will be sailing all day on Saturday, by the look of the programme.

Saturday: Arrival from 9am, free sailing from 11am, practice racing from 14.00hrs. I have asked a club member who used to race Jollyboats to run some racing on the Saturday afternoon.

Especially for Nessa I have made contact again with Wave Clothing. They will be offering Nationals kit and far more reasonable prices in lots of colours. There will be a small BBSC logo on the front and large CVRDA Nationals 2012 lettering on the back in black or white. I will post a link as soon as it is available for orders (direct from Wave). Please do order something!

I would like to pass some idea of numbers to the galley for Saturday and Sunday evening so if those planning to come could let me know that would be very helpful.
