There will be a five race programme, with four to count, with the first race on Saturday at 14.00. Entry for double handed boats is £25 for the weekend, and £15 for singlehanders.
West Riding Sailing Club sails on Wintersett Reservoir which is approximately five miles south of Wakefield in West Yorkshire. There will be free camping over the weekend on the club lawn, with the club and bar open from Friday evening. Reasonably priced food will be available from Saturday lunchtime to Sunday teatime, and there will be free entertainment on Saturday night.
West Riding retains a small fleet of Swordfish dinghies. They continue to race competitively and are expected to be well represented at the Diamond Jubilee regatta. It would be great if they were joined by CVRDA boats of a similar vintage.
