question re event.

Camping: Can we camp at the club, or are sailors expected to use the campsite?

Will it be possible for me to leave the boat [suitably padlocked/imobilised etc] for a day or so after the event is done?

All the camping is on site. and within yards of the water.
We are hoping to leave the boat for a day or two after as well.

I would recommend phoning the Lake's Trust to check about leaving boats. Not usually a problem but I would recommend talking to them first.

just to let campers know, having contacted Alan to find out how to book. you have to book [and pay] using the online booking tab on http://www.swlakestrust.org.uk/ [orange button- top r/hand of page] It asks what pitch you would like, but I've yet to find a map. Neither am I sure whether this is the 'official' campsite, or whether camping is allowed next to our boats and the club.
Hopefully someone will be along to elucidate.

You can get a group rate for camping which is what we're doing for Shearwater members. Alan can you organise anything for cvrda?
