Hi Keith,
Wendy and I will be there in the Motorhome with Baxter and would like to arrive on Sunday morning with a view to joining in with the club racing if that's ok.
Our preference would be for the BYO BBQ.

Cheers

Hi Pat and Ian,

Great to hear you're both aiming to come. Good luck with the building work Pat!

Sounds like bbq is the most popular idea so will probably go with that - we have a kitchen as back up if the weather doesn't play ball! Since suggesting it I've also heard that the chip shop made a horrible mess of the order last time we did a fish supper run so that's put me off a bit...

Ian, yes cvrda boats are invited to join in the club racing on Sunday so please do. The afternoon races are pursuits so if you can sign on and give us a modern handicap number in plenty of time that would be great.

Cheers,
Keith.

Hi Keith, Would be all right to leave our dinghy at the club after the picnic race and collect it the following weeekend? we are travelling on to North Wales and it would save us towing it back to Somerset first then turning round to go back up the M5. ( we can padlock it )
Thanks

Hi Chris

I'm sure this will be fine - I have emailed a couple of committee people just to double check and will let you know if there's any probs.

Which day would you want to pick up, I will probably be at hunts, but there's lots going on at ssc that weekend so the place will be open most of the time.
Keith.
