The NOR, SI's and Entry Form are now available at www.aldeburghyc.org.uk/sailing/racing-event-docs/ . An indication of visitors would be really helpful for the caterers and for the club boatmen so we can work out extra staff numbers. Realise the Election falls in between Hunts and Aldeburgh but we hope that doesn't put too many of you off. We would be happy to organise a picnic sail up river to the beach at Iken cliff on the Friday but we do need a idea of uptake as I assume you would like some form of rescue cover. Free camping/caravan/camper van parking, Chilli supper in the club Friday, informal meal and 70's disco Saturday night.

If everything goes according to plan Sally and I will be there with our Albacore. Is there a meal available Saturday after racing or have I missed something again

Sam, there will be a Chilli available on the Friday night and on Saturday an informal 2 course meal followed by a 70's and 80's Disco in the Marquee, Of course you may prefer a sundowner on the terrace or in our super new lounge overlooking the river.

Can you clarify the definition of a 70s & 80s disco? Is the age age of the members attending?
