Very excitedly getting ready for the Canoe worlds in Pwllheli. The weather forcast seems to be getting more and more scary with a promise of mountainous waves if the expected SSW gale blows in on Sunday :?

I hope to be in Clywedog with Ed on the Saturday assuming we haven't been engulfed.

Results I believe will be in Y+Y (courtesy of Dougall?) though I confess I am mainly there to participate rather than compete.

(Not to self; Must remember to pack the classic rig as well as the "best.")

It will be Torment's 50th Birthday. Perhaps an opportunity to "Dress all over."

I will have a tent and no extras but have to be off home on the Sunday for a family do. (My twin and I, 60th)

Hope to see you up here this coming w/e. I'll be on the safety crew as CSL co-ordinating everyone on the water. Weather is bound to be 'up and down' if this weeks MR Nats is anything to go by.

Is anyone doing a write up for YandY? I could do, but I'd need the results and some photos.

Hi all

Thanks for your excellent feedback but we could not have done it without the CVRDA helpers as well.

I should have some pics from Mick after the weekend so will probably upload to the club page.

Chilling out Tuesday was so good we stayed Weds as well!!!
