Only 5 weeks to go, beginning to panic now!!
To help with catering and camping area it would be great if you could let me know if you are coming, how many of you , what boat's etc,.

Snacks and refreshments should be available all weekend from around 10.0am each day. The kitchen is available for your own use till then

It seems that the dress in the style/period of your dinghy for the Pig Roast and social on Saturday will run so raid the attic now.

Any volunteer music buff out their who can cut some cds with 40's, 50's 60's tracks on?

An idea for Sunday night is we will light the club barbecue and have some local lamb/pork/veggie burgers you can buy to cook or you can pop to Spar in llanidloes (5mls away) everything is at least 5mls from Clywedog. Bar will be open both nights.

Any one with prizes from last year please bring them back with you or give to someone who is coming up.

I know the Pegasus national question is in another area but yes I hope we are holding it in conjunction with the main event, and how many of you are coming up, lets beat the six of last year.

I will keep posting updates as I think of them.

The cost is going to be in the region of £20.00 for entry and camping for boat helm/crew with extra members in the party at ~£1.00
per night per person.

Keith, Anige and I will bring the camper and Chris (crew ) bringing a caravan. Also Ken and Louise & kids coming from Shearwater camping and my brother and family camping. I think that adds up to two tents a camper, and a caravan. We are hoping to arrive on thurs.

We are still waiting for a house moving date...If we can make it, we will be staying at the outdoor pursuit place. If only I can make it, I'll be camping, but all in the lap of the gods...

Gary, I am sure we can find you a crew. My brother is coming without a boat so he may crew. He has limited experience but he crewed the planker Hornet last year. Also Ken Adams from Shearwater may crew. I dont think there will be a shortage.

Keep the replies coming.

I have got a club profile printed in the latest edition of Y & Y with plug for nationals, lets hope that kindles more interest.
