Re: FD on ebay
It does look very nice, it will be very interesting to see if there are any bids with such a high start price.

Re: FD on ebay
I doubt it. K97 Lady C was Keith Musto's FD at the games in 1964

Re: FD on ebay
This could be quite a significant boat now I put 2 & 2 together.
If as you say David, K96 was the Musto Olympic boat, this one as K97 is offered for sale by a Mr Tony Morgan, who I believe was Keith Musto's Crew.
One for you Davidh ??

Re: FD on ebay
Interesting, I had not looked at the seller.
I have emailed Keith to ask him about the boat but will have to be a little careful as I don't think he and Tony get an that well these days.
Cheers

Re: FD on ebay
Brooksey,
Not at that price - for that you could have the boat that is for sale on the FD website and get a whole host of far more up to date gear.
How many times have we seen this debate following a boat coming up for sale - where the owner is trying to recoup the vale of the work that has gone into a restoration. In the current FUD environment, I'll stay watching for now
