I have received this email today.
Hi Roger
I was told today about the CVRDA and have just had a look at your excellent site.
I am not sure if you know anyone who would be interested but i have an unused hollow wooden mast beleived to be for a GP 14 that needs a new home.
It was rescued from the mast rack at our yacht club some years ago and was a replacement spar for an insurance job about 35 years ago. The boat was never repaired & burnt on the club bonfire after a few years
Its a Collars spar and has never had any fittings screwed to it save the sheave boxes. It needs stripping & revarnishing but should come up ok.laying Benfleet yacht club.
Any reasonable offer accepted.
Regards Keith
I have this gents details if you want to contact him.

Re: Wooden Dinghy mast suit GP
Hi Roger,
I have a friend who may be able to give this spar a new home. Could you let me have the sellers contact details please?
Many thanks,
Simon.
