I could make a guess but I'd likely be wrong...any suggestions...

I quite liked the comment:

I think Kestrel may well be right.

definitely a kestrel, just the same as mine

edited to say a closer look shows it has not centreboard case whatsoever, and also no traveller bar at the back, which I would have expected...
