National twelve handbook 1936 - 2000

Post by phil58490 »

As I no longer sail National Twelves and I need to free up some bookshelf space my copy of the handbook is available, £5 posted to uk address. It is A5 size with 252 pages in nice clean unmolested condition.

almost worth it as an investment....just in case these books go the same way the Merlin book went.

But not for me. I have one copy and that is enough :-)

cheers

With the new MR book due out within twelve months, I would expect prices on the old one to drop considerably.

mmmmmmm.....

maybe, but I wouldn't bank on it...

I don't think the new book will increase the supply of the old book.....and reckon there will still be a demand for the old books, albeit smaller I guess, but I don't think it was owners of new boats that were buying the old book, but rather old 'collectors' like us....and the collector of course will want to have both. :-)

Hi Phil,
I would quite like your Nat 12 book as I used to sail them in the 70s and my brother still has one at Trent Valley. Please let me know your address so I can send the readies.
Regards
