It is indeed a Mirror 14 - and old bell woodworking kit boat. The foredeck was done like a ridge tent so that you didn't have to work the ply in 2 opposing planes......no shute.... and later models had 'flooding' side tanks otherwise they float too high after a capsize.

Can we find out if the new owner wants to sail it - it would make a good addition to the 'on the water fleet' - not many of these left now
